A brilliant chimera, a man with incandescent arms and chest, racing past among the trees, a cascade of particles diffusing in the air behind him

As if weaving the psychic realm and landscape in a conceptually malfunctioning system, we imagine a neverending drip of extrapolations and transductions. The pharmakon, at the same time poison and cure, deployed like an actor in a play and taking shape as a mysterious green liquid, strategizes as an almost literal demonstration of the metastable state between abstraction and concreteness. The conjectural pharmacology at use in the work is a staging of the potential to change an actual chemical process: the crystallization procedure of dry plaster powder when mixed with water.
The crystallization operation realizes itself extended and contracted in time, almost a centrifugal process that manages, without intent, to structure itself in multiple temporal and spatial scales: on one hand a concrete trace of the events as a plaster slate, concretizing itself in an afterwardness operation (its full realization is always ‘too late’, but we can rejoice in the potentiality of it), and on the other molecular layers constituting the crystallization process in itself by amplifying a reticular structure. A conceptual bridge is assembled via a sonic fiction, a ghostly grammatization of voice that could have been a victim of the same pharmakon affecting the plaster: we witness spectral interpolation of chimeric voices, as if sheathed in a mass of translucent reflections, telling a story about the collision of time and space through resynthesized prismatic outlines.
